i say guilty pleasures because these two dudes were together at the forefront of grime when i first heard it in 2003, an unbelievably original, inventive, aggressive mix of rap, dancehall and garage music. they both made amazing albums that year, then the whole thing kinda crumbled under the hype/pressure, and now five years later they are topping the charts in the UK with tracks like these. i like these songs, but they are fairly shameless throwaway club tracks. it makes me feel old.
